Easy Returns

Need to return an item? We make it easy!

All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-GIft Card code.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to reutn you item(s).

Items must be send back within 5 days of the delivery date.

Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags (if applicable) attached.

Please allow 2-7 business days for return to be process your return once received by our return center.

ACD is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. We highly encourage that you keep your proof of postage and return number when shipping back your returns.

We will not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please email [email protected] for assistance before returning.

Return drop-offs are not accepted at our Distribution Center or corporate office.
